Dental amalgam waste compliance service provider Solmetex has acquired Impladent, which develops synthetic resorbable bone grafts used in tooth extractions.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. As part of the Solmetex platform, Impladent will continue to expand and strengthen its ability to develop and market products. Impladent’s flagship product, OsteoGen Plug, preserves a tooth socket without the need to place a membrane.
