French dental company FasTeesH has released its Y-Brush full-coverage, autocleaning, electric toothbrush. The device can clean a full set of teeth in approximately 10 seconds, and it is ideal for children with disabilities and dependent people living at home, as well as for care facilities and retirement homes, according to the company.

Y-Brush consists of an electric power base attached to a flexible gum retainer. The retainer contains nylon bristles that automatically brush the user's full set of top or bottom teeth in five seconds when placed in the mouth, according to the FasTeesH. Two brush sizes are available for children and adults. The toothbrush offers three vibration modes and comes with a charging stand.

A fully charged battery allows for use of the toothbrush for roughly one month, and the brush head should be changed every six months, FasTeesH said. The company is selling individual brush heads for $30 and the baseline Y-Brush kit for $125. The kit includes a brush head, handle, USB charger, toothpaste applicator, and storage container.
