As a practice leader, one of your top priorities is to motivate your team. A motivated team performs better, and a team that performs better increases practice production.
Treat your team like customers. Design annual customer service plans for your team that include fun surprises, events, team-building activities, and bonuses.
Don’t forget to encourage your team. When a team member does an excellent job, they should know it. You should seek out opportunities to give compliments to staff daily.
