Top execs of Delta Dental of Illinois resign

Two top executives at Delta Dental of Illinois have resigned, according to a news story in the Chicago Tribune.

President and CEO Robert Dennison and chief financial officer Tamera Robinson resigned last month, the paper reported.

"There were disagreements over the level of communication between the board and these officers, as well as other employees in the company," Hazel Fisher-Gable, general counsel of Delta Dental of Illinois, told the Tribune. "We remain financially strong and very well-positioned to continue our financial growth and remarkable level of service."
