Dr. Dachowski, a political newcomer, worked his way through Temple University dental school working jobs in construction and at UPS, according to the site. In 1988, he joined the practice his father had established 30 years before.
Dr. Dachowski, a Republican, is running in the 13th Congressional District for a seat in the House of Representatives held by Democrat Rep. Allyson Schwartz. His Web site emphasizes his positions on healthcare reform, including efforts to increase interstate competition among insurers.
