A Maryland-based organization has received a $7,500 grant from United Concordia that will allow uninsured people to obtain dental care in Maryland and Pennsylvania, according to a news article in Insurance and Financial Advisor.

According to the company, the grant is party of its commitment to deliver over $400,000 in free dental services to nearly 2,800 people, the story stated.

“We are committed to enhancing the communities we serve,” said Richard P. Klich, United Concordia Dental’s national dental director, in the story. “That’s why we’re helping hold free dental clinics for those in need across the nation."
