Birner Dental expands in Ariz. via acquisitions

Birner Dental Management Services, operators of Perfect Teeth dental practices, has entered the Tucson, AZ, market with the acquisition of the assets of two dental practices that had 2008 patient revenue totaling $3.7 million, the company announced.

Birner Dental acquires, develops, and manages geographically dense dental practice networks in select markets in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The company currently manages 63 dental offices, with 114 general and specialty dentists.
