Benco Dental plans to acquire Arizona-based Dental Design & Supply in early 2010, the company announced.
Dental Design marks the eighth such acquisition by Benco in the past year, strengthening the company's presence throughout the U.S.
Headquartered in Tucson, Dental Design is a full-service distributor. Benco will retain all of the company's employees to fully serve the Tucson and Southern Arizona markets, Benco said.
Dental Design and its president, Rick Rogers, have been serving the Southern Arizona area for 26 years. Rogers and his entire team will remain in their current positions with Benco.
