Heartland Dental adds 7 new practices

Heartland Dental Care acquired six established practices and created one new dental care facility during the first quarter of 2010, bringing its total number of practices to 251.

The acquisitions include practices in Dunedin, FL; Port Orange, FL; Henderson, NV; Cypress, TX; Pataskala, OH; and Westerville, OH. The new dental care facility is located in Smyrna, TN.

"We are excited to start 2010 with an additional seven dental practices," said Richard Workman, D.M.D., founder and CEO of Heartland Dental Care. "These recent acquisitions allow us to continue extending our reach to provide professional and personalized dental care to those in the markets we serve."
