Smile Generation and Pacific Dental Services (PDS) dental care teams donated more than $75,000 in dental services recently at a Denver community center.
Smile Generation and PDS dental care teams set up an onsite dental clinic and treated nearly 170 patients at the Redeemer Learning Center, according to a press release. Treatments included cleanings, extractions, root canals, and Cerec CAD/CAM (Sirona Dental Systems) same-day crown restorations.
Some 350 volunteers from Smile Generation and PDS also joined organizers from KaBOOM and Denver residents to build a new playground at the site, which will provide more than 1,000 children in the community with a safe place to play.
The PDS Serve Foundation mobile dental clinic was onsite to help provide care and serve the needy in the Denver community.
Crest + Oral-B, Henry Schein, Patterson Dental, and Specialized Office Systems donated supplies for the event.
