Dentsply Professional has been awarded a $31 million contract to provide general dental supplies to the U.S. military.
The Defense Logistics Agency gave Dentsply the contract as the second-year option award on its existing one-year base contract for dental supplies, according to the U.S. Department of Defense. That contract included options to renew the contract for up to four years.
In August, Dentsply received a similar $13.5 million option renewal of a contract to provide surgical and medical products to the military.
