Absolute Dental Group has closed its acquisition of Aces Braces and Dental, which operates three practices in Nevada.
Aces Dental has provided dental and orthodontic services to the greater Las Vegas area since 2006. With the addition of Aces Dental, Absolute Dental now employs nearly 100 dentists and hygienists in 28 Nevada practices.
The acquisition closed on November 30, and Aces Dental will shift brands by early 2021. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
